The first of the three rounds of the 2011 XC Open World Series took place in the second week of October in the XC paradise of Araxa in Brazil
Brazilian pilot, Gustavo Ferreira on his Peak 2 (EN D) achieved a superb result taking
first place overall on the winners podium in the open class.
The Peak 2 is quickly proving beyond any doubt that it has the qualities and performance to deal with any terrain and in any field of competition.
Seasoned cross country pilots and serial class competition pilots from around the world continue to heap praise and tell us about their experiences and pleasure when flying under the Peak 2
Congratulations must go to Gustavo for such formidable victory on his Peak 2 and also to our own team pilot Maxime Bellemin, who after taking part in three series of the 2010 competition season around the world, Araxa in Brazil, Manila in Australia and Piedrahita in Spain, took first place overall on his Icepeak 4 NS.
