어제까지 3위를 달리고 있는 프랑스 팀의 그레고리 블롱도 선수의 성적이 팀 성적에 산입이 되지 않아 프랑스 팀이 10위를 하고 있는 것이 이상하다 싶었습니다.
하치경 선수의 글을 보고 FAI Sporting code section 7B 2008년 판을 보니까 규정이 바뀌어 있었습니다.
5.2.5 Team scoring
The team score calculation is the daily sum of the scores of 3 pilots nominated by their NAC, measured each day, and added daily to produce a total score for the competition.
The scoring members of each team are to be nominated to the organiser before the start of the championship, together with a team reserve who must be one of the pilots already entered in the championship.
The reserve pilot may only be used if one of the original 3 nominated team pilots is unable to continue flying due to illness or injury. The incapacity of the pilot is to be determined by the Meet Director, with assistance from the competition doctor if required.
The reserve team pilot may then compete as a scoring member of the team for the rest of the competition. The scores of the incapacitated
team pilot will remain as part of the team score up to the time of the substitution and the reserve team pilot's scores will count for the remaining tasks.
No further substitutions are permitted and the incapacitated pilot shall not participate in the remainder of the championship.
팀 성적은 NAC(각국활공협회)가 지명한 3명의 합으로 계산된다.
챔피언전 시작 전에 각팀은 3명과 예비선수 명단을 제출하여야 한다.
예비선수는 정규선수가 병이나 부상으로 출전하지 못할 때에만 대체된다.
예비선수로 대체되면 그때까지 그전 선수 성적에 이어서 경기 끝까지 예비선수의 성적을 산입한다.
더이상 교체는 불허되며, 빠진 선수는 다시 들어 오지 못한다.
대략 이런 이야기입니다. 우리는 작년까지 PWC 규정을 준용했으나 GAP 방식을 쓰기로 함에 따라 FAI규정을 근거해야 하는 상황이 되었고, PWC자체도 올해부터 운영 방식이 바뀌었기 때문에 무턱대고 따라 할 수도 없는 상황이 되었습니다. 현재, 규정의 공백 상태가 발생한 것으로 보이며, 경기기술위원회에서 조속히 보완 조치를 취하도록 하겠습니다.
